Refund Policy

AURA Limitless follows a transparent refund policy to ensure fair dealings with our clients.

6.1 Eligibility for Refunds                                                                                                                        

  • Refunds will only be considered if the request is made before the commencement of the project.

  • If AURA Limitless is unable to fulfill the agreed-upon service, a partial or full refund may be issued based on the work completed.

  • No refunds will be issued for completed services or digital products that have been delivered to the client.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                

6.2 Non-Refundable Services                                                                                                                        

  • Once work has commenced, payments are non-refundable.

  • Services such as consultations, marketing campaigns, and digital designs are non-refundable due to the nature of work involved.

  • Custom projects and tailored solutions, once initiated, cannot be canceled or refunded.                                                                                                                        

6.3 Refund Processing                                                                                                                        

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days through the original payment method.

  • Clients must provide valid proof of payment and a written refund request to initiate the process.

  • Any transaction fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                

6.4 Dispute Resolution                                                                                                                        

  • Clients are encouraged to reach out to us for dispute resolution before requesting chargebacks or legal action.

  • We will assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis and offer alternative solutions if applicable.
